FAQ

Sales teams, answered.

Which CRMs are supported?
Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, Pipedrive, and Dynamics 365 — with native OAuth, screen pop, click-to-call, and automatic call logging. Any other CRM can be wired up via our call-events API.
How does local presence work?
You buy local numbers in the markets you sell into (local or mobile, 70+ countries). When a rep calls a prospect, Cliqtel picks the local number closest to the prospect as the outbound caller ID — so they see a familiar area code.
Does it log recordings to the CRM?
Yes — the call recording URL is attached to the CRM activity record. Some CRMs (HubSpot, Salesforce) also embed the player directly in the timeline.
Can we drop a voicemail without listening to the greeting?
Yes. Pre-record a voicemail message, and on any no-answer call your rep can click Drop Voicemail to send it instantly without waiting for the beep.
Is it GDPR-compliant?
Yes — Cliqtel is operated by a Netherlands-based company under EU law, with data centers in the EU. Recording consent prompts are available per-country, and recordings can be deleted on request.
How fast can a new rep get started?
Minutes. Invite them via the portal, they install the softphone or browser extension, link their CRM account, and start clicking to call. No training course required.
