Does Cliqtel work with my version of Shopify?
Cliqtel supports all current and recent versions of Shopify. Check the supported versions list above or contact support if you're running an older release.
How much does it cost to use Cliqtel with Shopify?
Cliqtel has no setup fees, no monthly platform fees, and no channel limits. You pay only for the DID numbers you rent (from EUR 1.49/mo) and the minutes you use. See our pricing page for details.
Can I use my existing phone numbers?
Yes. Cliqtel supports porting for most countries. Contact support with your existing numbers and we'll check portability and timelines (typically 5-10 business days).
Does Shopify need any special firewall configuration?
Open UDP 5060 (SIP) and UDP 10000-20000 (RTP) outbound to sip.cliqtel.com. Most PBX systems handle this automatically if you're not behind a strict NAT.
