接続方法

Connect your Zoho account
Click Connect below to authorize Cliqtel with your Zoho organization via OAuth.

Configure PhoneBridge
Cliqtel will be registered as a telephony provider in Zoho PhoneBridge automatically.

Set up call logging rules
Choose which call types to log and configure default activity fields.

Test integration
Make a test call and verify the activity appears in Zoho CRM.

- Zoho CRM Professional or Enterprise
- Zoho admin access for OAuth authorization
- At least one active Cliqtel SIP trunk
- Cliqtel numbers with active call routing
