Does Cliqtel work with my version of Shopify?

Cliqtel supports all current and recent versions of Shopify. Check the supported versions list above or contact support if you're running an older release.

How much does it cost to use Cliqtel with Shopify?

Does Shopify need any special firewall configuration?

Open UDP 5060 (SIP) and UDP 10000-20000 (RTP) outbound to sip.cliqtel.com. Most PBX systems handle this automatically if you're not behind a strict NAT.
