Create a Cliqtel SIP trunk

Configure BYOC in Talkdesk

Add your Cliqtel trunk details in Talkdesk Admin under Connections > BYOC.

Assign numbers

Map your Cliqtel numbers to Talkdesk flows and agents.

Test inbound calls

Does Talkdesk need any special firewall configuration?

Open UDP 5060 (SIP) and UDP 10000-20000 (RTP) outbound to sip.cliqtel.com. Most PBX systems handle this automatically if you're not behind a strict NAT.
