Yes. Cliqtel supports porting for most countries. Contact support with your existing numbers and we'll check portability and timelines (typically 5-10 business days).
Does Genesys Cloud need any special firewall configuration?
Open UDP 5060 (SIP) and UDP 10000-20000 (RTP) outbound to sip.cliqtel.com. Most PBX systems handle this automatically if you're not behind a strict NAT.
