Connect your WhatsApp Business Account
Click Connect to launch the embedded signup flow with Meta. Authorise Cliqtel access to your WABA in a single popup.

Sync approved templates
Cliqtel pulls your approved template list from Meta automatically. Add or edit templates in the portal — submissions are sent to Meta for review.

Send your first message
Pick a template, enter the recipient (testers only until your app is published), and hit Send. Track delivery and read status in real time.

Reply within the 24-hour window
Once a customer replies, you can send free-text responses for 24 hours without a template.
Prérequis
- A Meta Business account with a verified business
- A WhatsApp Business Account (WABA) with at least one phone number
- A Cliqtel wallet with sufficient balance for messaging
