Configure your SBC

Point your SBC upstream trunk to sip.cliqtel.com using the credentials provided. Configure the downstream trunk toward Microsoft Teams.

Set up Direct Routing in Teams Admin

Add your SBC FQDN in Teams Admin Center under Voice > Direct Routing. Create voice routing policies.

Assign numbers to users

Assign Cliqtel numbers to Teams users via PowerShell or Teams Admin Center.
