In GoTo Connect admin, add an external SIP trunk pointing to sip.cliqtel.com with your credentials.

Set up dial plan

Use the visual dial plan editor to route your Cliqtel numbers to extensions, ring groups, or voicemail.

Test

Verify inbound and outbound call routing.

Open UDP 5060 (SIP) and UDP 10000-20000 (RTP) outbound to sip.cliqtel.com. Most PBX systems handle this automatically if you're not behind a strict NAT.
