Comment connecter

Create a PJSIP trunk

Navigate to Connectivity > Trunks and create a new PJSIP trunk named cliqtel-pjsip.

Configure SIP settings

Set SIP Server to sip.cliqtel.com, enter your username and password, set Authentication to Outbound and Registration to Send.

Create inbound routes

Add inbound routes matching your Cliqtel numbers to ring groups, extensions, or IVR.

Apply config and test

Click Apply Config in FreePBX. Check trunk status — it should show Registered. Make a test call.

Cliqtel supports all current and recent versions of FreePBX. Check the supported versions list above or contact support if you're running an older release.

Can I use my existing phone numbers?

Yes. Cliqtel supports porting for most countries. Contact support with your existing numbers and we'll check portability and timelines (typically 5-10 business days).

Does FreePBX need any special firewall configuration?

Open UDP 5060 (SIP) and UDP 10000-20000 (RTP) outbound to sip.cliqtel.com. Most PBX systems handle this automatically if you're not behind a strict NAT.
