Cómo conectar

Create a SIP trunk in 3CX

Go to SIP Trunks in the 3CX Management Console and add a new Generic SIP Trunk.

Enter Cliqtel credentials

Set the Registrar/Server to sip.cliqtel.com, enter your Auth ID (username) and password from the credentials shown below.

Configure inbound routes

Create inbound rules to route your Cliqtel numbers to extensions, ring groups, or IVR menus.

Test the connection

Check the trunk status in 3CX — it should show as Registered. Make a test call to verify.

Can I use my existing phone numbers?

Yes. Cliqtel supports porting for most countries. Contact support with your existing numbers and we'll check portability and timelines (typically 5-10 business days).

Does 3CX need any special firewall configuration?

Open UDP 5060 (SIP) and UDP 10000-20000 (RTP) outbound to sip.cliqtel.com. Most PBX systems handle this automatically if you're not behind a strict NAT.
